Adam de Looze
Adam is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adelton, with a passion for supporting and advancing the education of others in the financial markets.
Intrigued by finance from a young age and being brought up from a family business background, Adam began investing in 2014 during his studies at Lancaster University. After graduating in Chemical Engineering, he made a commitment to study complex formulas in the financial markets at a deeper-level after identifying patterns when volatility increased.
Adam founded Adelton on three core values and the belief that extraordinary individuals, equipped with quantitative analytics can achieve exceptional opportunities for investors in the capital markets.
Now transferring these skills and responsible for global equities execution for US and UK equities by applying systematic algorithmic strategies and continually innovating to exceed KPI targets.
Adam has experience as a US and UK equity trader specialising in fundamental and technical analysis, executing, and monitoring in real-time.
Managed a team of traders to collaborate and discuss price action strategies and engaged with the research team to create future trading opportunities.

This is Valentin's approach to everything in life. Being inspired and studying some famous entrepreneurs, he found himself inspired to think differently and look at how something can be achieved. Having succeeded a few times in achieving things others felt were impossible, it became a lifestyle. He is also a coach and he is involved in learning and development, helping other companies to achieve their goals.
At Adelton, Valentin is responsible for strategy optimization and automation, he contributes to our risk mitigation strategy. He has a Level 3 Investment Operation Certificate with CISI UK. The Certificate satisfies the FCA qualification requirements for overseers of administration and operational functions. The qualification covers education in Financial Assets and Markets, Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, Investment Funds and Financial Services Regulation, Professional Integrity, FSMA2000 and FSA 2012 Rules and Regulation, Complaints and Redress, FCA COBS and Client Assets Sourcebooks.
Valentin graduated as an electronic engineer, where he learned the C++ programming language and developed his skills, doing simple programs as a hobby at that time. Then he moved to UK, looking for an electronic technician role. Life offered him the opportunity to develop his interpersonal skills in hospitality, where he worked for a decade. He then wanted to expand and explore this amazing opportunity.
Since 2017 he started to learn about the financial market, mostly toward the forex market at that time. He dedicated many years to studying the markets and learning more about investment instruments and financial regulations. He noticed something interesting, how markets move in fractal patterns. This is where after a decade, the engineering way of looking at things came again and influenced his path.
Everything around us is energy. Energy has a behavioral pattern, a frequency. He knew it was only a matter of time before he could develop a system that could replicate this frequency. It's a complex harmonic system that runs every day. During this period he developed a strong sense for mitigating the risk and optimizing various strategies. One day, Adam shared some ideas and insights about a strategy. They combined the ideas and after months of backtesting and being amazed at the results, Adelton was born as it is today.
